I don't think it's spam, or even trolling - it's likely he doesn't know how any of this works, and never filled in the Readme. Then when he posted his project he didn't realise that we get nothing but the readme content and github link.
That's just ignorance, not a reason to kick him. He noticed: How do I delete the articles I accidentally uploaded[^] but could find how to get rid of it. I sorted it out ... please remove the link so he doesn't picked up accidentally tomorrow!
