I am very proactive in reporting these members, probably the most critical here. This is not a case of plagiarism when full credit is given. This is, even more, clearer than a post to a link to a StackOverFlow or some other 3rd party blog or website link. As mentioned to Griff, I was teaching him how to do research and not to be lazy.
