Example: Late yesterday afternoon, a customer called to inform me that her reports weren't working...none of them! OMG | :OMG:

I quickly checked on my system...no problems so I remarked, 'well, it works for me'.

She replied, 'It worked fine this morning.'

I relented and started a remote. When I got on her system, there were over a dozen report windows loaded in the background! 'Huh' WTF | :WTF:
