As far as I can tell your account is active. As for your submission, there are two main problems with it:
1. We do not typically allow articles on third party products except for in very specific cases.
2. CodeProject is more about code teaching than it is tool sharing. Even though you are submitting a tip (which is a brief solution to a specific problem) it should be a description of a specific problem, followed by the code that solves it and quick overview of how that code works.

I don't know if I agree with this. I just barely got an account banned. I saw some responses to a discussion on "specific" hosting options with names used. I responded with some reasons and other hosting names and the following day got this spam deactivated message. I'd never made any responses before with my account so I assume it was related. Are you saying with enough downvotes we automatically get our accounts banned?

They aren't downvotes, they are reports on the account for abuse. Which account are you talking about? I will take a look to see what happened.

I looked through the TOS and was unable to identify any terms about giving links to 3rd parties or personal. There were some saying that codeproject is not liable for damage from other sites and that they reserve the right terminate users based on their comments, but it isn't clear codeproject's code of conduct expectations. I wasn't able to see anywhere in the TOS that said we can't publish 3rd party links besides links that are illegal or ones requiring fees.

According to this[^] the output of Mathlab should be processable by MathJax, the system we use to render LaTeX. So - take the output from MatLab and enclose it in either
<div class="math">$...$</div>
or
<span class="math">(...)</span>

At this time I'm working on a series of articles about AI genetic algorithms.
Actually those articles is a concise tutorial for beginners and intermediate programmers in which I'm about to discuss on how to easily implement and deploy genetic algorithms used to solve various optimization and other functional problems.
You'll probably find my question a little bit "odd"  , *BUT*, anyway I'm just wondering what particular programming language ANSI C, C++ or the most presently active C#.NET is the most preferable to use for writing the source code demonstrating various examples of genetic algorithm implementation ?? 
Actually, I've already created a code in either C++ and C#.NET and I'd like to know which one is the best to contribute along with my article.
I'd kindly appreciate to any ideas that you would post as a reply to this message.

Then why not both? You can use this syntax in your article source:

...
// some C# code
...
</pre>
<pre lang="C++">

</pre>
</div> If you use this syntax in an article, the result will look like a code block with tabs to switch the language (if you want an example of the result, I am using it in this article[^])
