I saw "Set your site filter" in home page and there have Android, Mobile and others. What the different between Mobile and Android ?

They are just selection filters for general questions/articles etc. Not all mobiles are Android devices, and not all Android devices are mobiles. So it just filters items according to how they are tagged by the people who create them.

Many source code projects here are outdated because MFC requires projects to be UNICODE.

I think the authors should update their code from time to time.

That is entirely up to the authors. In some cases, we have authors who still use the old version of the IDE they created the code in so they won't be in a position to update it. In other cases, it takes far more effort than they have time available to them. There are so many reasons that people don't update the code.

Unlike the new Article post, in Revision phase, the new Technical blog post do not allow other user/approval to communicate with the author on how to improve the post. The comment section was disabled "Comments are only available once an article is submitted for publishing."
I think that option should be open up so that the community can chip in their comments/concerns before the blog when live. That case, some readers, do not have to release their aggression through downvoting the blog post to 1 anonymously.

Most of his rep points come from the Organiser[^] and Participant[^] categories. Neither of which are linked to posting content.
Maybe he's signed in/out a lot, and voted, reported and bookmarked lots of other people's posts.

Well, the Participant points are kinda hard to come by. There might be less than 30 members with more Participant points than him and most of them have multiple MVP awards.
Here is another one that seemed to gain a lot of Participant points around the same time:

BTW, that profile must be messed up. It shows up on page 14 of Who's Who at CodeProject[^] and is almost 50K total points short of that ranking

It's not a well known fact, but CP will sell you rep points if you ask politely and provide your credit card #.

although I don't care that much about the points, I do find such report useful because
1) it might be a bug in the site
2) it might be an exploit being abused
3) either way, if the guy is doing "obscured" things, the staff gets informed and can do something

It was catched again by the spam filter, probably due to the link.
While a mesage waits for moderation it is shown as "Message removed".
A message shown as "Automatically removed" was already live and has been deleted afterwards by reports.

I do know that. The point is why it mark/considers my message like that. This is not the first time to happen.

Low rep user, only a few messages posted and the post contains a link. It is fundamentally the dictionary definition of spam. Of course the filter (which is heuristic) catches it.

I don't think you realize that I able to post few message without issues before. The question is why now it being considers as issue. The funny part the same thing happened in Bug and Suggestions section too.

Easy, as Jochen Arndt has explained the spam filter has been hardened up recently because of large amounts of inappropriate posts. That means that many more genuine messages are caught as potential spam.
