What's your definition of a "senior" developer?

One who speaks fluent Spanish? Oh, wait. That's Senor Developer. (sorry about the lack of the squiggle on the 'n')

I am not so sure that a 10 year member working as a senior developer would be asking us to do his homework assignments for him.
