Possible, although they usually seem to be in English. Not too sure on this one. Although those spammers may appear even if this is a legitimate post.

I answered it assuming it's legit, but I'm also watching it for the payload.

New user posting his first message in the C++ forum suggesting to download a MFC DLL from a non-Microsoft site supplying a link:
Re: Adding MFC dependency as static - C / C++ / MFC Discussion Boards - CodeProject[^]
While he might think that his post is helpful (which it isn't), posting such links should not be allowed here because the offered files may be manipulated and the DLLs are available from Microsoft with Visual Studio and as redistributables.
I have reported the message therefore as abusive without reporting the user. But it may be also treated as spam (site driving).
Would be good to get some suggestions on how to handle such posts.

Anyway msg is removed. But you recognized "new user", why to fight that much against him/her?

My post was about the link contained in the message, not about the user himself.
I don't know why he posted such a reply. I mentioned "new user" and "first message" just for information to let other's know that they don't need to lookup his account.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

Article: Web service is a simple .asmx page.
In this example, I will be using Visual Studio 2012 (though you can use any editor), with the .Net Framework 4.5.2 to create a web service.
Up to framework 3.5, Visual Studio provides a direct template for Web Services. Starting from 4, it doesn't provide any direct template, so you need to create a web application and add a web service to your application (right-click on your web application → Add → New Item → WebService).
Open Visual Studio in Administrator mode. File → New → Website then Select .Net Framework 4.5.2 (on the top) then select Asp.Net Empty Web Site and rename it as “SampleApplication”.

Let's create a simple service that will return a sum of 2 integers.
Open Visual Studio in Administrator mode. File → New → Project then select .Net Framework 3.5 (on the top) then select ASP.NET web service application then name your project (I named it MyWebServiceDemo) then click OK.
