I've made it even faster:
1. There's a "check all" checkbox at the bottom of the page.
2. All spam entries that are over 98% probable spam are already checked for deletion

Is it possible to limit new member to post more that 1 question per day for some time ?
Or better would be to say to anti-spam engine that messages of new members with high level of unknown words are spam.

Its working the same way. Getting questions caught in moderation atm.

May be also blacklist the ip temporary for spammers (like 24 hours)
Another thought: is showing the blacklisted ip that their spam works

You can't blacklist an IP - it's not specific to a user (or even a PC / tablet / internet enabled fridge) it's specific to a connection point to the internet: an ADSL router for example. So blacklisting an IP bans everyone in the same company...
And it's pretty simple to use a proxy so all they would do is change to another one.

It would be nice if we can limit 3-4 posts by a single member in x hours/days whatever. At the moment, too much korean stuff is getting posted on QA using one account.

What about the case where a real members posts in forum which leads to a healthy technical debate?

I'm talking about especially QA. And messages should be restricted upto some level of reputation(After x points you are free to post messages just like you are posting now). This is necessary in order to overcome spam attacks like we faced today.

If the user posted the original question then they can respond to sub-threads on that any number of times.
Otherwise it is limited.

We could but it wouldn't actually help. It would add a minor inconvenience. In tracking spammers I've seen them make multiple posts from multiple IPs using multiple accounts within minutes.

How about requiring new users to click a link in an email to activate their account before they can post anything?
It probably wouldn't stop the spammers, but it would make it harder for them to start posting.

So... What about captcha?
New user should retype captcha based on these conditions:
1) If the time difference between sending another question/post on the same forum is few minutes (the content of question/post may differ) - let's say 10-15 minutes,
or
2) If he send another question/post on different forum, but the content of the question/post is almost identical to one previously posted
When i say "new user" - i mean a member with reputation less than 500.
We shouldn't be focused on ip address...

This solution is predicated on spammers not creating new accounts. They do. Many new accounts.
Measures that make it harder for the general populace to post are no good. Their effect on spam is minimal. Their effect on user happiness is terrible.

OK, I see the "Flair" on my user page, but is this a CP creation, or is this a more general website concept? (I'm primarily a desktop apps guy.)
