Does component CrystalReportViewer1 is empty when you provide datasoruce?

no i dont get any error message.. it just shows the reportviewer with the empty textboxes, asking me to enter the values and even when i do enter them nohting happens.

Hi,
for using Microsoft Ajax Control Toolkit, is it important that it's for .Net2 or .Net 3.5?
AJAX is AJAX (javascript + XML) it is not depends on .Net framework version, No?
Why microsoft says "AjaxControlToolkit-Framework3" ?

The toolkit is a combination of javascript files as well as asp.net server controls. If you are not using the server controls (you've extracted the javascript files from the source code) then it doesn't matter at all which framework is being targeted. But if you're going to use the user controls then you'll want to use the version which is compatible with the framework version you're targeting.

I'm trying to implement paging on a data grid control, but because I'm not using a datasource control there is no way to tell the GridView what the total record count is (I'm only returning the requested records from the database instead of the entire, unpaged dataset). I've looked everywhere and I can't seem to find any examples which aren't returning the whole dataset and then filtering it locally.

I had hoped I was just missing something. But thank you for confirming that for me. Would it have been so hard to allow for this kind of scenario? Honestly, I am really shocked at times when I run into scenarios when it requires so much more work (ok, so I'm being a bit lazy) to follow a best practice.

Are you sure that exists control with name textbox2 in every row of gridview?

Did you try to specify cell,like this

TextBox qty = (TextBox)GridView1.Rows[i].Cells[1].FindControl("textbox2");
Instead index 1 of cell,set cell index which have value of textbox2.

Is textbox2 within template item?
Does textbox2 have values after Gridview1 is populated with data?

Hi,
how to call a webservice running in the local host using ajaxtoolkit AutoCompleteExtender.
I tried adding reference to the asp.net application, but when tried to set ServicePath all i'm able see was disco, discomap and wsdl files only.
I'm using ajaxtoolkit 2.0 and my IDE is VS 2005, framework 2.0
Can any one preach me on this.
