Search for MSXML. Or use a third-party parser like Expat.

You have to do this yourself, extract all the various elements and download them individually. Or you can download the page to an MHT file.

It's just an HTTP POST.

1) Easily parse thru XML (I can use MFC classes if this makes it any easier, but no .NET)
2) Once I have a URI, how can I download *all associated content* i.e. images/text/whatever is on the webpage... and how can I specify where all of that goes?
3) How can I send XML over HTTP?
Classes/methods/articles/etc.... would be very helpf

Hello!
How can I insert a new menu to the view-menubar.
I tried
htest = MyMenu.Detach();<br />
GetMenu()->InsertMenu(0, MF_BYPOSITION | MF_POPUP, (UINT)htest, "test");<br />
in the OnCreate(...)->method of the CView and the CChildFrame, but I always
got an assertion (for example in afxwin1.inl, line 1075)
The same Code in CMainFrame worked (but it modified only the
menu from CMainFrame, not from the View...)

there is a fast way to upside-down a slider control?
|
|
|
|
|
Use the slider control styles. TBS_TOP places the tick marks on top and TBS_BOTTOM places them on the bottom. You can use ModifyStyle() to switch them around. TBS_REVERSED will place the high end on the left and the low range on the right.
