Probably right. However, all US time zones are listed as UTC-<hours>. I was thinking Daylight Savings Time shifts, which of course make no sense on the Moon or in space in general. The real fun will begin when we start colonizing Mars with it's longer day and the asteroids, which vary in their spin rate.
