According to Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, merely advocating for a cessation in the advancement of artificial intelligence won’t address the impending hurdles that come with the technology’s progress. Instead, we should send a soldier back to prevent it from being created
And to shoot Hitler as a baby, of course.

I kind of agree with him... and specially with Asimov's quote:

A security researcher found a series of vulnerabilities with the Nexx brand of smart garage openers. He says he could remotely find garages to target, and then open them across the internet. Well, that is pretty smart, isn't it?

And that's exactly why I would like to do my own thing, I will probably have a less secure system that other offer, but being exclusive makes it safer than most products of the market.

The radio signal indicates that the Earth-like planet may have its own magnetic field, a key component for habitability. Someone using the microwave again?

If it were a radio signal of us just being reflexed, would be funny
On the other hand... if not... I am not sure if we should be happy or afraid.

We’ve been broadcasting for over a hundred years (although I doubt much of it could be received 12ly away, but I’d say at least 40 of that should). So, maybe they have grunge now?

New, alien grunge music? Beam me up Scotty.
Even though the grunge fan is mostly my wife, I loved the late '90s death metal and industrial ebm though.

Is the signal a lawyer ad or an ED ad?
That's what the most common signals are on American radio.
I’ve given up trying to be calm. However, I am open to feeling slightly less agitated.

Two months after it began testing an experimental “split window” feature for Edge, Microsoft has quietly made it available in the stable version of its web browser. Too many tabs open? Now you can have twice as many!
|
|
|
|
|
And how is this better than "CTRL+N" + "Windows+Right" + "Alt+Tab" + "Windows+Left"? I don't need to touch the mouse at any time...
Am I seeing it wrong? Or does the pic in the article have not duplicated the address bar?
Is the URL going to change depending on which part of the window has the focus?

The only "benefit" I can see is that it's all within the same window. Whereas your method creates two windows, and a lot of people seem to be comically incapable of organizing windows on the screen (despite them constantly trying to make it easier).
As for the URL, it does show both in my little test, with a pipe separating them in the edit field.
Oh, and your method allows navigation between the "tabs", while theirs requires the mouse. (at least for now)

Woah, I like this. Useful when copying data (payment info) from one form (the one who wants to get paid) to another (my bank).
But mostly for answering a long Reddit comment point for point without scrolling up and down many times.

You'd be better off using two Edge instances for this.

I prefer the split window functionality, Notepad++ spoiled me on that, mostly because I don't like changing focus between two windows or having to manage the windows independently. We'll see how buggy it is.
