IMHO... bollocks.
We are everyday fighting with vague requirements, people that can't express themselves correctly, people that doesn't have a clue about they actually want, etc. etc. etc.
Don't get me wrong, I don't doubt on the capacity of those systems to do it (well... I do now doubt about it, but that will probably improve). But I seriously doubt in the capacity of the "non-developers" to really manage to use it properly.
And I am really afraid of what it come out, because of the ego of many people thinking "of course I can". I would not try to build the fundaments of a building, but everyone think they could build software better than us.

I have to say that the demo left me feeling heavily underwhelmsed. It's a solution looking for a problem, where better solutions are already possible for the problem it's meant to solve.
