Ehhh. GPUs being able to pwn CPUs on any task that can fit nicely on their execution/memory models (either tiny working sets or highly sequential memory access) is old news. As are FPGA/ASIC's being able to pwn GPUs under similar circumstances.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Yeah, but those guys were incredibly proud of their record (I worked for a petrochemical company, that shell remain nameless, so I know it was a big feather in their cap).
Big-money @rses kicked?

But their answer was still 43, so they are back to the drawing board.

But with 43machines, they could work out The Answer!

A Silicon Valley "flying car" startup, Kitty Hawk, reportedly backed by Google co-founder Larry Page, released a video Monday of its airborne prototype and announced plans for deliveries of a "personal flying machine" this year. Or just strap a few drones to your butt
Because JetSkis just aren't irritating enough.

A flying machine, designed to be used over water, but no details given on range... so, stay near the shore and bring a paddle or two.
Better yet, install ore locks and bring ores so you can get back to shore.

Alibaba Chairman Jack Ma warned on Monday that society could see decades of pain thanks to disruption caused by the internet and new technologies to different areas of the economy. Oh, *now* disruption isn't a good idea?
CEOs as robots? Yeah, I could need that.

Ma is someone I truly respect, but he sees it all wrong. With more automation and the more people losing their jobs, can be a good thing. Just imagine, our pizzas will never be late again and our french fries will never be cold.

... And all the educationless kiddies will be out on the street, bored, and looking to cause trouble.
You have to look over the rim of the pizza to see the obvious.

CEO's will be robots in 30 years? How is that different than now? Most of them are souless, cold, uncaring creatures. Just like a robot.

Who hasn't lived through the frustrating experience of being without a phone after forgetting to recharge it? This could one day be a thing of the past thanks to technology under development. "Power! Unlimited power!"
So... they built one electrode (not even a full circuit), and it's 'rush to press release we go'?
