It's crap, but I can't see a payload in the article or the profile. It could just be a genuinely confused user who thinks two unexplained headings counts as an article.

Joined today and doesn't know how the site works isn't necessarily grounds for banning though.
The article's gone, so there's no way to post a message and wait for a response.
Unless there's actual evidence of spam, I'd suggest removing the profile link so it doesn't get picked up by the "still alive spammers" script.
