It looks like a confused user who thought dumping a ton of unformatted code would make a good question, and then decided to post that as an "article" instead of a "question".
There's no payload in the "article", and nothing in the profile.

You should remove the link to the user. Otherwise, they will get picked up in the weekly "still alive spammers" run.
Actually, scratch that; he has now posted a question with two comments, both of which contain a bare URL to his "forex trading site".
