It's definitely not a tip. It's an article.

That doesn't seem to be the case for the article you linked.

In this case I'm sorry to a lot of Posts which I marked "wrong section"! As mentioned above, I will not vote again.
But let allow me a Q: Do you really think the one is worth an article?
[Edit]
@chris-maunder Please undo my votes, seems I was on a wrong track, sorry.

For now I can't really answer that, because it's not clear to me where the classes are that he refers to. I've left a question on his article.

Do you have a link to the article?

I can't see anything about deletion; all it says is "This is an auto-saved draft copy of the new unpublished article created by the submission wizard.", which means that it's a draft and you should be able to edit it and submit it for review.

Now you cant see it because it is deleted now.
Yesterday I published it and i did see "Pending" status before the article name on the link i just provided.
It went for the approval.
Its deleted, i received a notification for the deletion too.
I just want to know why it was deleted, was there any problem with the article content ?

I don't know what happened; I can't see a "Deleted" status anywhere.
We'll have to wait for a Staff member who can look into this.

Ok. Thanks.
When can I expect the reply. Will modify the article if needed.

I can't say that for sure. But based on previous threads in this forum, it looks like you can expect a reply in a day (except in weekends).

What did the notification actually say?

I dont recall it fully as on clicking it went away.
But it was saying something about the article deletion.

Sorry, but that does not help. Most times when an article gets deleted it will be for a good reason:
- the article is very poor quality
- it is incomplete or not clear
- it is marked as spam, because it contains many links to unknown sites
- it is plagiarised
I cannot find any comments to guess what might be the reason in this case.

There should be some way for the writer to know why his article was rejected. I am asking for that reason so that i can correct it.
I spent almost 5 hours in composing the article to see its being deleted. And now I dont even know what was wrong with it.
It is definitely demoralizing.

Well since you did not keep the information in the message telling you it was deleted there is not much that we can say. When the site administrators get to work they will probably be able to help.

I've edited and reinstated your article.

I am currently editing my long article chapter 11 Programming Windows Via UWP.
It has 17 images and a number of code downloads.
I've just spent 40 minutes hand formatting variable names (highlight, click V button).
I have used the undo button in the past with great success -- even on this article a number of times.
However, I just clicked it once and it removed all my formatting changes, except for 2 or three.
Awwww...man! I know should'a saved this, should'a offline edited it, should'a...
Anyone else ever report that the undo behaves like this?
Just an FYI and blowing off the steam cuz now I gotta go back and spend another 40 minutes to get back to where I was.
Thanks
EDIT - This may have to do with periodic outages from CP so nothing we can do about that,I'm sure.
I'm seeing long delays when I attempt to post. Not complaining, just letting you know.
thanks
EDIT 2
I think the real answer is that I should've saved a draft earlier on. My fault really.

The submission wizard saves a draft every minute, so you should be able to go back to auto-saved versions by viewing the revision history of the article.
We use CKEditor and have essentially stopped attempting to work around the changes and strangenesses of it and of browsers. At one point we tried, but browsers were changing so often it was a pointless task.
All I can do is apologise on behalf of the CKEditor and/or browser manufacturer
cheers

I thought so too. That's part of the reason I was confused. I didn't find any other revisions.
It may have been because of some connectivity issues at the same time.
It's okay. I appreciate your help and know that all of this type of stuff cannot really be alleviated.
I'll probably start doing more offline editing until I've got my articles tweaked to almost 100% completeness. That'll probably be best.
Thanks for understanding.
I really appreciate CP and all the work you guys put into this stuff.
Best site around for this.

Please see this item: upload files on new article spins forever - Article Writing Discussion Boards[^]
I cannot upload any files on any article submission form.
Are there some critical issues going on at CP?
Seems like the site is going in and out but even when I get to the site I cannot ever submit images or source, because of the upload button not working.
EDIT
FYI - Just tried in FireFox (Previously in Chrome) and I get the same spinning cursor on Upload
EDIT 2
MS Edge on a completely different computer gives same wait cursor on upload button

I was just wondering again, so thanks for the update.
It's lonely here in this space where I cannot post...and cold too.
Must be a real sticky wicket over there at CP.
