I've sat through hundreds and hundreds of remote software demos, and almost everyone uses GotoMeeting.com for this. There are some others, and a current popular one is zoom.com, but by and large GotoMeeting is the, well, goto standard. I don't remember it being particularly expensive or difficult, and you can switch back and forth between showing a presentation (powerpoint), a view of the software being shown, and your own webcam if you choose. Most don't use a webcam though, it's mostly switching back and forth between the software and a presentation.
It takes some practice to do well so I'd definitely encourage you to rehearse before putting yourself in front of a prospective customer. I'd also encourage you to keep the 'canned' or scripted part of the demo short and let the customer as questions so you can keep the demo lively and interesting.

Their only job is getting you off the phone before you can speak to someone capable of resolving your problem, because those people cost money. And you know what happens if you call at 2 PM? I have tried to evaluate the objective “Make a living writing” as a Blogger or a Freelancer. From this specific perspective, I feel a person has to develop following qualities/competence.
1. A person needs to choose specific field of global interest or subjects for writing ‘Article’.
2. Comprehensive study to be made on the specific subjects chosen.
3. The contents of ‘Article’ should be unique & capable enough to draw the attention of the huge customers for whom the article has been written.
4. The ‘Article’ should be written in powerful & lucid language which can meet the expectation of all types of customers.
5. The person needs to develop his conceptual/knowledge base on the chosen subject through continuous study/research to keep himself updated for providing feedback to the client.

Interesting, but it is not really a question that anyone can answer for you. The only way to make a living from writing is to write. And that is not something that can easily be taught, it is largely a matter of ability. You also need to choose a subject that is likely to appeal to a wide readership. If you are thinking of writing technical books then you need to choose a subject that has not already been covered extensively. You also need to read the existing books to ensure that you are not just duplicating what is already available.

Your posts were delayed in being posted because they went into the "Spam Moderation" queue.
That is where the automated systems on the site (the "hamsters") detected certain phrases that might have indicated the message was spam. Messages like that go into a special area visible to Site Protectors to be checked over by a human.
I read both your posts and decided they were not spam and "let them through" - unfortunately as I said, there was a delay. Sometimes people post things again because they assume the first one didn't work, I think that is what happened here.

I would add to what been mention here, to have sales skills, which can help with the 'make a leaving' part. I know plenty of very skillful writers which can't make a leaving and a bunch of mediocre ones who can. The difference focusing mainly of how well they sold themselves and networked with people. So when their skills were needed people knew to contact them

I believe the best quality is meeting deadlines, apart from that actually researching the topics you're asked to write about would be of vital importance.

Well, after first looking at your post I would consider grammar to me of utmost importance. I would also suggest writing for the country you are from. Most people I have outsourced to don't know of the subtle nuances that come from the USA. The same would be true if I were to write for another country. My American accent wouldn't sound quite right.

I'm guessing you've got the writing part down.
Instead of forming ideas and doing research. You should do market research, study your target audience.
Then generate ideas and do research on them.
And always do fact checking.
