This is an impossible question to answer; most computer systems these days can do the basic job, and are probably reliable. However your requirements need to be taken into account, such as how many employees, where is the system sited, do you need 100% 7 x 24 availability, do you need remote access etc., etc.

The best starting place would be to look at some of the manufacturers websites to see what they offer, try some of the 'review' sites that compare different products.
