sir what are sockets...how they work.....is there any problem of network traffic while using socket...please provide microsoft's documentation on sockets...does socket programming differs in different O.S.es...?

sir one thing does C# and .net work with underlying COM objects of the O.S....?

What I have tried:

new to socket programming. but want to know each and everything regarding socket programmingj through C# and .net

You need to sharpen you Google skills. The documentation is freely available on internet if you dare to Google it.
