Hi My friends

i want to learn java , i know that i must write code in note pad or other editor .
my questions are these

is there any visual ide like visual studio for java language???
what(what software??)needed in a computer to begin programming with java ???
is there any full refrence to learn java language?????

guide me please

Try Eclipse[^] its open source and similar to VS, although don't hold me to that as I've never used it....

Are you kidding? There's a plethora of Java IDE's, the most popular being perhaps Eclipse[^] (choose the third entry: "Eclipse IDE for Java Developers") and Netbeans[^].
Please remember, Google is you friend[^].
